I moved to New York City from Ohio when I was 32, married a jazz musician from New Zealand when I was 37, spent my 40th birthday in the bottom of the Grand Canyon (I love to hike!), ran my first New York City Marathon when I was 44 and my second when I was 47, got pregnant when I was 49 and gave birth to twins a few months after my 50th birthday.
